The Just Leadership Process
Leadership Branding. How would YOU brand your organisation's leadership style? A BMW? A Rolex? Woolworth's? Argos? MI6? You'd be surprised at some of the answers we get! Each executive is asked to fill out a Leadership Brand Assessment and the responses are "translated" into a style of behaviour. The Just Leadership Programme is then tailored to suit each business' differing requirements.
Focus Groups.Groups drawn from a tranche of the organisation’s hierarchy are asked about leadership in the organisation. As leaders what issues do they have in leading and if team members what is their experience with leaders in the organisation.
Perceptions of your organisation.This questionnaire is emailed to all participants taking part in the focus groups. This allows qualitative and quantitative results about the organisation and its leaders.
Meeting with the board /top team. Ideas about the leadership branding feedback and any general issues around leadership in the organisation are all presented to the board. Their feedback is then also incorporated into the programme.
Leadership Assessment.A 360 individualised Leadership Assessment is created and emailed to participants in the Just Leadership Programme. They score their own leadership skills but:
So does their boss, four of their colleagues, and four members of their team. These assessments are delivered to participants prior to the course so that they can list areas for improvement as well as those they have to celebrate.
