Ros was one of the three key presenters in 'Confidence Lab' for BBC2, a six part documentary which was broadcast in January 2001. It was her Transform programme which provided the basis for Confidence Lab and her book 'The Complete Mind Makeover' (Koogan Page 2000) outlines these principles. The book of the programme is called Confidence in Just Seven Days, (Vermillion 2001) and topped Amazon's best seller list.

Fast Track To The Top, a book about success and how to achieve it, was published by Kogan Page in January 2002.

Her latest literary project is another confidence book called The Ultimate Book Of Confidence Tricks.

Transform Yourself! was recently updated and is now available as The Complete Mind Makeover (Kogan Page).
