Pre-programme Skill Audit
A bespoke skills audit that produces a detailed report identifying the gaps between the current and the ‘ideal’ set of skills required, for individuals or teams. Recommendations on filling the ‘skills gap’ and facilitating the training. This will equip your organisation with the tools to define and set objectives, improve individual performance through coaching and development, and enhance communication and productivity throughout your organisation.

Module 1: What kind of leader are you?
Personal profiling and results.
There is no template for a leader. All are different as everyone has their own strengths. However these strengths need to be uncovered. This section explores participants’ preferred leadership styles and how they can make the most of them. Employees are required to interact with other styles and coping with that diversity will be addressed here.

Module 2: Leading from the front
A leader requires a vision for the group to move forward and also a focused way to communicate that vision. This part of the programme looks at the leadership skills necessary to make that vision memorable and do-able for the rest of the team,
department or organisation.

Module 3: Creative leadership
Being creative yourself and fostering creativity are key leadership skills. Doing things differently is often the key differentiator in the market place. Here an individual’s creativity is benchmarked and ways of enhancing it discussed.

Module 4: Leading with Power
Power has acquired a bad name. How can leaders change that perception? This session’s focus is on using your power as a leader to make the tough decisions while supporting and caring for staff.

Module 5: Confidence UNPLUGGED!
The benefits are increased assertiveness, increased impact at work and personal lives. This course builds self-esteem, like no other. Even health and wellbeing are improved. Ros Taylor has been heard to say that this course can add ten years to your life!

This session deals with how to present at work - everything from putting a presentation together speedily to achieving audience participation. No more boring presentations, no
more anxiety beforehand!

Module 7: Stressfree
This workshop aims to provide participants with an understanding of stress and pressure issues at work. Included are the skills to recognise stress in others, how to intervene, when to make referrals and to whom and changing the organisation’s culture to become stress free.

Module 8: Handling difficult people
This session deals with the art of negotiating with difficult or challenging people. The overall purpose is to demonstrate that you can have a plan to deal with even the most confrontational, and obstinate person.

Module 9: Performance Management
This session deals with the cycle of performance management and provides practical skills when providing feedback both good and bad. It also looks at how to motivate people to change and become even better in their roles at work.

Modules 10 and 11: ‘Supercoach’ 1 and 2
Coaching is a leadership essential skill. It is rare that people arrive in an organisation perfectly formed for their role. This session reviews the three essential stages in the coaching
process and provides a safe environment to practice those skills.

Module 12: Team Building
Team building is an important part of leadership so much so that when leaders move company they often take their teams with them! Building a team by inviting the right mix, bonding the team and finally motivating them to work together are all tackled here.

Post Programme Evaluation
Each individual that attends will have a 360° evaluation. This is a system that involves peers & colleagues completing an open & and honest questionnaire, to evaluate and assess the individuals progress and improvement over the ten modules. An essential, and effective session that reinforces and supports your ROI.

one to one leadership coaching enables employees and managers to develop their skills through individual coaching from a team of expert consultants.

We do this by helping them develop insight into their behaviour and those around them. Psychometric testing with colleague and team feedback sets the scene and produces objectives for the programme.

"I have grown, moved away from an inward looking perspective to a wider view of people and the world. I did not believe at the beginning of teh journey that it would have this level of impact. A lot of the changes and learning have been subtle, almost imperceptible, although when I look back and review it, it is surprising how many decisions have been connected or related to the 'Just Leadership' process. I have a new level of confidence."
