Ros broadcasts regularly on Radio and has presented a Social Science research programme 'Between Ourselves' for BBC Radio Scotland for two years. Ros was a presenter for five years on a nightly television news programme in Scotland.

She was one of the three key presenters in 'Confidence Lab' for BBC2, a six part documentary which was broadcast in January 2001. It was her Transform programme which provided the basis for Confindence Lab and her book Transform Yourself! (Koogan Page 2000) outlines these principles. The book of the programme is called Confidence in Just Seven Days, (Vermillion 2001) and topped Amazon's best seller list.

Ros also filmed a new series for the BBC called 'Confidence Zone' and featured on BBC1’s Scambusters telivised series.

Other TV and Radio work include the BBC, BBC Scotland, BBC Radio 5, BBC Radio Scotland, Scottish Television, GMTV, LWT, ITN News, Sky News, Channel 4 and E4.

Ros features regularly in the national press and top magazines in her capacity as psychologist and advisor.
